We are looking for a Travel Sales Executive to join our team at at Simply India Holidays. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Bookings: Handle hotel rooms, flights, and local transport.
Itineraries: Plan day-by-day travel schedules for clients.
Vendor Coordination: Work with hotels, guides, and transporter
Customer Support: Solve on-trip complaints and requests.
Documentation :• Process vouchers, invoices, and basic refunds.
Required Skills
Communication: Speak clearly with partners and travelers.
Organization: Track multiple bookings at the same time.
Software: Use MS Office and booking portals & CRM
Problem-Solving: Fix sudden travel delays fast.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 6 years of experience. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
