We are looking for a Travel Sales Executive to join our team at Roam Rangers Travel Pvt. Ltd. The role focuses on ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers18K - 20K and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Interacting with clients over Email / Phone.
Build strong, professional relationships with clients through regular communication.
Work on Packages with customer needs. ( All CRM based)
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Monitor industry trends to adapt strategies and stay competitive.
Provide regular feedback and insights to the management team.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduateand 1 - 2 yrs experienced in Travel Industry ( must). Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
