Travel Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are hiring Travel Sales Executives for our travel and tourism company. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries related to North East India tour

packages.

The role includes communicating with clients, explaining holiday packages, converting leads into bookings, and providing excellent customer support throughout the travel process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

• Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp, calls, and messages

• Explain North East tour packages clearly and professionally

• Convert leads into confirmed bookings

• Follow up with interested customers

• Coordinate with operations and booking teams

• Maintain customer records and follow sales process

• Ensure customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good communication skills in Hindi

• Basic English knowledge preferred

• Sales or travel industry experience is an advantage

• Freshers are welcome to apply

• Ability to convince and close sales

• Basic knowledge of mobile apps and WhatsApp
