Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Travel Sales Executive to join our growing tour agency and travel company. The ideal candidate will be passionate about travel, customer service, and sales, with the ability to design customized travel experiences and convert inquiries into bookings.

The Travel Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting tour packages, generating leads, closing sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences from inquiry to post-travel follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell domestic and international tour packages

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and walk-ins

• Design customized travel itineraries based on client preferences and budget

• Provide accurate information on destinations, visa requirements, travel insurance, and travel regulations

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and tour operators

• Process bookings, payments, and documentation accurately

• Upsell add-on services such as insurance, excursions, and upgrades

• Maintain updated knowledge of travel trends and destination information

• Resolve client complaints professionally and efficiently

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred)

• Proven experience in travel sales, tour operations, or customer service

• Strong knowledge of local and international destinations

• Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is an advantage

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Sales-driven with a track record of meeting targets

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
