Role Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Global Luxury Travel & Client Engagement professional to lead premium international travel sales, manage elite client portfolios, and build long-term relationships with global suppliers. The role focuses on luxury travel curation, strategic partnerships, and high-value client management across key international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
-Close sales through various methods like cold calling, presentations, and door-to-door visits.
-Build strong customer relationships and meet sales targets.
-Research and develop creative sales strategies to boost results.
-Report performance metrics and feedback to management regularly.
-Maintain and grow the client database effectively.
-Lead business development and sales for international luxury travel, with focus on -, Southeast Asia, and CIS regions and other country
-Act as the primary relationship manager for HNI, UHNI, EO, and YPO clients, ensuring personalized and seamless travel experiences.
-Design bespoke, experiential itineraries aligned with client lifestyle, preferences, and budgets.
-Oversee pricing strategy, costing, and profitability for group and individual luxury travel programs.
-Build and nurture strategic alliances with 5-star hotels, luxury resorts, villas, airlines, and global DMCs.
-Represent the company at international travel trade shows, hotel meets, and networking events.
-Provide market insights and trend analysis to enhance product offerings and improve competitive positioning.
-Mentor and guide junior team members on luxury selling and client servicing standards.
