Jomotel Hotels is a growing hospitality management company focused on operating and developing hotels, resorts and boutique properties across leisure and business destinations in India. We work closely with property owners to drive revenue, improve guest experience and build strong hotel brands through professional operations, sales and marketing.

Skills Required

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong sales and business development ability

• Good knowledge of hotel sales and hospitality industry

• Ability to generate and convert leads

• Relationship-building skills

• Good presentation skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint

• Knowledge of hotel OTAs and distribution channels will be an advantage

• Strong follow-up and coordination skills

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and property visits
  
  
  Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 1–3 years of experience in hotel sales, travel, hospitality or related industries.

  • Candidates from hotel chains, resorts, travel companies, DMCs or OTA backgrounds are preferred.

  • Freshers with strong communication and sales ability may also be considered.

  • Should be target-driven and commercially oriented.
