About the Role

Book Your Trails is looking for dynamic, target-driven, and enthusiastic Sales Travel Consultants who are passionate about travel and sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting inbound and outbound travel inquiries into successful bookings while maximizing revenue through effective negotiation and upselling.

If you have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to close deals, we'd love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert incoming travel leads into confirmed bookings.

• Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable domestic and international holiday packages.

• Build strong relationships with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and follow-ups.

• Negotiate effectively to maximize booking value and overall revenue.

• Upsell premium travel packages, hotel upgrades, activities, and add-on services.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Maintain accurate customer records and sales updates in the CRM.

• Resolve customer queries professionally and ensure a seamless booking experience.

• Coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure smooth execution of travel bookings.

• Stay updated with current travel destinations, packages, offers, and market trends.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.

• Customer-focused with a positive and energetic attitude.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM, Internet).

• Prior experience in travel sales, holiday package sales, telesales, or travel consulting will be preferred.

• Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude are also encouraged to apply.
