Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Cruise Sales Executive to join its sales team. This is an entry-level role suited for candidates looking to build a career in online sales and travel advisory. The role involves engaging with customers, assisting them through the cruise booking process, and contributing to revenue growth while maintaining high standards of customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

●                Handle customer inquiries and convert leads into bookings through calls, chat

●                Assist customers with cruise selection, itinerary planning, and pricing guidance

●                Support the end-to-end booking process, including pre-booking and post-booking

●                Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and bookings using CRM tools

●                Track and improve conversion rates and response timelines

Key Requirements

●                0–12 months of experience in sales, inside sales, or customer-facing roles

●                Strong communication and interpersonal skills

●                Basic numerical ability and logical thinking

●                Familiarity with online tools, CRM systems, or digital platforms

Preferred Qualifications

●                Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

●                Exposure to sales, internships, or customer interaction roles

●                Lead-to-booking conversion rates
