Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential travelers, handling their queries, offering tailored travel solutions, and ensuring smooth conversions while upselling additional services like stays, local sightseeing, and activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with inbound leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to assist with safari-related queries.

• Provide accurate travel information, itinerary guidance, and recommendations.

• Upsell and cross-sell services such as accommodation, local sightseeing, cultural experiences, and adventure activities.

• Build strong relationships with potential clients through timely follow-ups and personalised communication.

• Convert leads into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and bookings on Google Sheets / MS Excel.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of bookings and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (spoken and written).

• Strong writing skills (English) for professional emails and messages.

• Basic computer proficiency – Google Sheets, MS Excel, Email tools.

• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to handle objections and close deals.

• Self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused.

• Prior experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality (preferred but not mandatory).
