About the Role

We are looking for a Travel Consultant – Sales who is passionate about travel and has strong communication and sales skills. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, designing customized domestic and international travel packages, preparing quotations, coordinating with suppliers, and converting leads into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and convert travel enquiries and leads into confirmed bookings.

• Understand customer requirements, budget, preferences and travel dates.

• Design customized domestic and international itineraries.

• Prepare quotations for flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, visas, activities and other travel services.

• Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, transport providers and other suppliers.

• Negotiate rates and ensure competitive package pricing.

• Follow up with leads through WhatsApp, calls and email.

• Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry to booking and payment.

• Handle booking changes, cancellations, special requests and customer queries.

• Provide proactive customer support before, during and after travel.

• Maintain accurate lead, quotation and booking records in the CRM/booking system.

• Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.

• Build long-term relationships with customers and repeat travellers.
