5. Handle changes, cancellations, and emergencies with professionalism and speed.
6. Stay up-to-date with travel trends, restrictions, and safety protocols.
7. Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after trips.
8. Promote travel products and services to achieve sales targets.
9. Maintain client records and manage follow-up communications.
