Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Customer Handling

• Handle customer inquiries via call, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.

• Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable packages.

• Provide detailed information on destinations, hotels, flights, and sightseeing.

2. Sales & Booking

• Create customized domestic and international travel itineraries.

• Prepare quotations and convert leads into bookings.

• Book flights, hotels, cabs, visa services, and travel packages.

• Manage booking confirmations, cancellations, refunds & amendments.

3. Ticketing & Documentation

• Coordinate with travel portals & vendors for best rates.

• Prepare necessary travel documents (vouchers, tickets, itineraries).

• Ensure accurate guest details and travel dates.

4. Customer Service

• Provide pre-travel and post-travel support to customers.

• Handle travel-related issues and provide quick resolutions.

• Maintain long-term relationships with customers for repeat business.

5. Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with suppliers, tour operators, and hotels.

• Maintain daily sales reports and achieve monthly targets.

• Keep updated with offers, new destinations & travel trends.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication & customer service skills

• Good knowledge of domestic & international destinations

• Experience with booking portals (MMT, EaseMyTrip, Amadeus, Galileo etc.)

• Strong sales & negotiation skills

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

• Good command over MS Office & email writing

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
