We are looking for a Travel Consultant to join our team at at Pack N Go Holidays Private Limited. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹14,000 - ₹27,000 and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact and qualify new inquiries.
Prepare and send quotations promptly.
Follow up on all pending quotations and warm leads.
Update CRM and maintain the next follow-up date for every active lead.
Coordinate confirmed bookings and pending payments.
Share the daily sales and follow-up report with the reporting manager.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 3 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
