Position: Travel Consultant & Sales
Location: On-Site, Mohali, Punjab
Shift: Night/Early Morning

Key Responsibilities
Client Support: Answer inbound calls, understand and address travel queries, and assist customers in booking flight tickets—primarily for Canada–India routes.
Flight Reservations: Use GDS software (Galileo/Amadeus) to search for and secure the best flight options, applying knowledge of airline code shares and optimal routes.
After-Sales Service: Handle post-booking customer requests, amendments, and queries to ensure a smooth travel experience.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective responses.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Hospitality, or a related field preferred (not mandatory).
Experience: Freshers welcome! Prior experience in the travel industry, travel management, reservations, or customer service is advantageous.
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with GDS software (Galileo/Amadeus) is a plus.
Languages: Proficiency in English and Punjabi (mandatory).
Other Skills:
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work night/early morning shifts.
Genuine interest in travel and customer service.
