Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer travel queries through calls, WhatsApp, and social media leads

• Sell international & domestic holiday packages, flights, hotels, and visa services

• Understand customer requirements and create customized itineraries

• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals

• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings

• Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, airlines, and operations team

• Provide excellent customer support before and after booking

• Stay updated with travel trends, destinations, visa policies, and market pricing

Requirements

• 3–8 years experience in travel sales or travel consulting

• Strong knowledge of international and domestic destinations

• Good communication and sales skills

• Experience with CRM systems and lead handling

• Ability to work under targets and deadlines

• Knowledge of GDS/flight booking systems is a plus

• Passion for travel and customer service
