3. Trade Sales/Dealer Sales
•3-5 Years of working experience in the same field.
•Male candidates only are required for this profile.
•Require someone from the trade field who visits dealers / distributors.
•Interior product companies—such as those dealing in carpet, flooring, laminates, paints, and furnishings—that manage dealers and distributors
•Profile is into existing dealer network, as well as creating new dealers. This requires visiting locations within Maharashtra and Gujarat (west) once a 3-4 months.
•A deep understanding of different wallpaper types, applications, trends, and the competitive landscape is essential for advising clients and making informed decisions.
•The ability to persuasively negotiate with retailers and customers, understand objections, and find win-win scenarios is crucial for closing deals and driving sales.
•Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular, personalized engagement fosters loyalty and helps identify new opportunities.
•Strong communication is needed to articulate goals to your team, explain product specifications to customers, and collaborate effectively with various internal departments and external partners.
Salary - 30K-50k (Depends on interview & last drawn) + Incentives + Yearly Benefits
