We are looking for a Tourism Sales Executive Cum Office Admin to join our team at Vindra Tourism and Travel.
The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. You will identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary starting from ₹11,000 to ₹15,000 (fixed) plus incentives (on package sales basis—up to ₹21,000) and prospects for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Close sales through various methods like cold calling, presentations, and office/corporate visits- only for B2B Tie-ups or Corporate Representation/Events/On-site or Off-Site Group Tour Coordination.
Willing to frequently travel for tours and travel managements/operations/onboarding/tie-ups etc.
Build strong customer relationships and meet sales targets.
Research and develop creative sales strategies to boost results.
Report performance metrics and feedback to management regularly.
Maintain and grow the client database effectively.
Social Media Management (Google/Instagram/Facebook/LinkedIn/Snapchat etc., Email drafting, Tele-sales- if required, Cold/follow up calling etc.
Itinerary research (new/old location) & creation, scouting of sightseeing locations for customers (pre-sales)
Must be fluent or good in English (Read & Write).
Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Diploma in Tourism and Travel or Graduation in Tourism and Travel sector or has past experience in Tour Packages sales & operations.
Experience: Minimum 3 months. Freshers may apply, but as an intern.
Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required.
Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively.
