Tour Consultant (Holiday Consultant)

Department: Sales & Operations

Reports To: Branch Manager / Director

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable domestic and international holiday packages.

Prepare customized tour itineraries and quotations.

Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Book hotels, flights, cruises, transfers, sightseeing, visas, and travel insurance.

Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth travel arrangements.

Maintain customer records and update the CRM system.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Upsell premium services such as cruises, villas, destination weddings, forex, and travel insurance.

Resolve customer queries before, during, and after travel.

Collect customer feedback and encourage reviews and referrals.

Stay updated on new destinations, visa rules, airline offers, and travel trends.
