Job Overview

GFE is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Tours & Travel Sales Executive with at least one year of experience in the tours and travel industry. The ideal candidate should have strong sales and communication skills, the ability to understand customer travel requirements, and a proven ability to convert inquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries regarding domestic and international tour packages and travel services.

- Generate leads, follow up with prospective clients, and convert inquiries into sales.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.

- Explain tour itineraries, package inclusions, pricing, and travel-related services.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize incentive opportunities.

- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and travel service providers to ensure smooth bookings.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.

- Provide excellent customer service before and after booking.

Required Skills

- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Tours & Travel Industry.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Good sales, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.

- Knowledge of tour packages, travel services, and booking procedures.

- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

- Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.

- Target-oriented approach with a positive attitude.

- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
