About the Role

Anugrah Human Resource Services LLP is looking for an experienced and customer-oriented Tour & Travel Operations Expert with expertise in Cruise Bookings, International Travel Planning, and Visa Processing. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of global travel destinations, visa regulations, cruise operations, and customer service management.

Key Responsibilities

Cruise Booking & Travel Operations

• Handle end-to-end cruise booking processes for domestic and international travelers.

• Provide detailed information about cruise destinations, itineraries, onboard facilities, pricing, and travel requirements.

• Coordinate with cruise operators, travel partners, and suppliers for reservations and confirmations.

• Manage booking modifications, cancellations, refunds, and special customer requests.

• Ensure accurate booking documentation and timely processing.

Visa Processing & Documentation

• Process visa applications for multiple international destinations.

• Review and verify customer documents for visa compliance.

• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa service providers.

• Stay updated on visa regulations, immigration policies, and travel advisories.

• Guide clients regarding passport requirements, travel insurance, and supporting documents.

Customer Relationship Management

• Understand customer travel requirements and provide customized travel solutions.

• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with individual and corporate clients.

• Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure excellent service standards.

Travel Planning & Sales Support

• Design domestic and international travel itineraries.

• Assist clients with flight bookings, hotel reservations, transportation, and holiday packages.

• Cross-sell and upsell travel products and services.

• Support business growth by achieving operational and sales targets.

Coordination & Compliance

• Maintain accurate travel records and customer databases.

• Ensure compliance with travel industry regulations and company policies.

• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, cruise companies, and travel vendors.

• Generate operational reports and booking summaries.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Travel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Professional certifications in Travel & Tourism will be an added advantage.

Experience Required

• Minimum 3–10 years of experience in Tour & Travel Operations.

• Proven expertise in Cruise Booking and Visa Processing.

• Experience handling international travel arrangements and customer consultations.

• Prior experience with reputed travel agencies, tour operators, cruise companies, or travel management firms preferred.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of international visa procedures and travel documentation.

• Familiarity with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or similar platforms.

• Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking software.

• Understanding of global travel destinations and tourism trends.
