Territory Sales Manager

We are looking for candidates with experience in Automotive sales and dealership and as territory manager experience in the similar ELECTRIC VEHICLE (HC & LV)

Role Overview:

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for end-to-end ownership of assigned ESPs (1–3), driving territory sales performance, ensuring superior customer experience, enforcing CRM discipline, and executing local BTL initiatives. The role acts as the first point of escalation and ensures operational excellence at the Dealer level.

Key Responsibilities

● Drive territory sales, walk-ins, and conversions

● Hire, train, and manage Sales Officers

● Ensure strict CRM hygiene and funnel health

● Own customer experience at ESP level

● Execute local BTL initiatives

● Handle first-level escalations and operations

Experience & Skills

● 2–4 years in retail/channel sales

● Strong people management and execution skills

● Data-driven, customer-focused, high ownership
