Tender & Merchandising Executive

We are looking for an experienced Female Candidate who can independently handle GeM Portal, Government Tenders and Garment Manufacturing related work.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day GeM Portal activities

• Search and identify relevant Government / GeM Tenders

• Study tender requirements, specifications and eligibility criteria

• Prepare and submit GeM Bids / Tenders

• Handle Bid & RA participation

• Prepare tender-related documents, EMD, declarations and other submissions

• Coordinate for samples, quotations, technical & commercial documents

• Maintain proper records of submitted and upcoming tenders

• Follow up on tender status, EMD refunds, sample returns, etc.

• Coordinate with the Production, Merchandising and Accounts teams

• Understand garment specifications, fabrics, measurements, GSM, printing/embroidery and other manufacturing requirements

• Assist in garment costing, quotations and tender-related requirements

✅ Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred

• Prior experience in GeM Portal / Government Tenders

• Experience in Garment Manufacturing / Garment Merchandising preferred

• Good understanding of T-shirts, garments, denim, trousers, socks, tracksuits, etc.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

• Good communication and documentation skills

• Ability to read and understand tender documents

• Should be able to work independently and manage multiple tenders simultaneously
