Tender Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tender Executive to lead our bidding process for government and private sector contracts. The role involves identifying relevant opportunities in the recycling and waste management sector, preparing technical and financial documents, and managing the end-to-end submission process on portals like GeM and CPP. The ideal candidate will ensure that our company remains competitive and 100% compliant with all tender requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Tender Sourcing & Intelligence: Conduct daily screening of GeM, CPP, and state-specific portals to identify high-probability opportunities. Perform "Gap Analysis" on tender requirements to ensure the company meets all eligibility criteria before bidding.

• End-to-End Bid Management: Lead the preparation and submission of comprehensive Technical and Financial bids. Ensure 100% accuracy in documentation to eliminate any risk of technical disqualification.

• Compliance & Certification: Manage a centralized database of company credentials (ISO, MSME, GST, and Industry-specific licenses). Ensure all certifications required for bidding are current and valid.

• Financial Coordination: Facilitate the processing of Earnest Money Deposits (EMD) and Performance Bank Guarantees (PBG). Track and ensure the timely refund of deposits upon tender completion.

• Liaison & Representation: Act as the primary point of contact for government authorities and institutional clients. Represent the company in Pre-bid meetings and handle all post-submission clarifications.

• Market Analysis: Monitor competitor bidding patterns and "L1" trends to provide strategic insights for pricing and financial bid optimization.
