Jr. Tender Executive

Company: Small-scale Printer, DMS & CRM IT Solutions Company

Location: Kurla East, Mumbai

Experience: 1–2 Years

6 Days Working

Saturdays: 2nd and 3rd Saturday off

Job Summary

We are looking for a Jr. Tender Executive to support the end-to-end tendering process for printers, DMS, CRM and other IT solutions. The candidate will be responsible for identifying suitable tenders, preparing documentation, coordinating with internal teams/vendors and ensuring timely online submission.

Key Responsibilities

Search and identify relevant government and private tenders for IT solutions, printers and allied products.

Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications and commercial requirements.

Prepare tender forms, quotations, BOQ, compliance sheets and supporting documents.

Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Finance and vendors to collect required information and documents.

Handle online tender submission and ensure all documents are submitted within deadlines.

Track tender corrigendums, clarifications, technical/commercial bids and tender results.

Maintain tender records, trackers and MIS reports.

Assist in EMD, PBG, agreements and other tender-related documentation.

Coordinate with clients and internal teams for tender queries and post-bid requirements.
