Hiring: GeM Tender Executive | Delhi / Rohini

INNO International Management Consultants Private Limited (IIMCPL) is hiring an experienced GeM Tender Executive to join our Tender & Business Development team.

📍 Location: Delhi / Rohini

💼 Experience: 2+ Years

🕐 Employment Type: Full-Time

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Search and identify relevant GeM & Government tenders

Analyse tender documents, eligibility, ATC/STC and compliance requirements

Handle GeM Bid, Bid/RA, Custom Bids & BOQ-based Bids

Prepare and submit technical & financial bid documents

Manage EMD / EMD Exemption / MSE / Startup exemptions

Coordinate with Accounts, HR, Technical and Management teams

Track corrigenda, pre-bid meetings, technical evaluation, financial evaluation and tender results

Maintain tender MIS, pipeline and complete bid records

🔹 Candidate Requirements

✅ Minimum 2 years practical experience in GeM/Tendering

✅ Strong knowledge of GeM Seller Portal

✅ Experience in Government/PSU tenders preferred

✅ Good understanding of GeM Service Bids & Bid/RA

✅ Knowledge of EMD, MSE/Startup exemptions and tender compliance

✅ Good MS Excel & MS Word skills

✅ Ability to independently analyse tender documents and manage submissions

Candidates with strong independent GeM handling experience will be preferred.
