Tender Executive

We are looking for a TENDER EXECUTIVE to join our team at Dpr Recruitment Services. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Tender Sourcing & Identification

• Daily searching for new tenders on Government portals like GeM, CPPP, E-procurement, State portals.Analyzing tender eligibility, technical and financial criteria.

• 2. Documentation & Bid Preparation

• Preparation of complete tender documents, technical bids and financial bids.Collecting and arranging all required documents - EMD, Certificates, GST, PAN, MSME, ISO, Authorization, Turnover, etc.Drafting covering letters, compliance sheets, and technical specifications.

• 3. Coordination

• Coordinate with sales, accounts, technical, and legal teams for required information.Coordinate with vendors and OEMs for authorization and pricing.

• 4. Tender Submission

• Online and offline submission of tenders before the deadline.Handling GeM bidding, Reverse Auction (RA), and L1 negotiations.

• 5. Follow-up & Management

• Regular follow-up for tender results, LOA, and purchase orders.Maintaining MIS report of all live, submitted, and awarded tenders.Attending pre-bid meetings and resolving queries.

• 6. Compliance & Record Keeping

• Ensuring 100% compliance with tender terms and conditions.Maintaining proper filing of all tender documents for audit purpose.Keeping track of EMD refunds and SD / PBG.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 6+ years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in is an added advantage.
