About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive who has hands-on experience in handling government tenders and bidding processes for manpower and staffing services. The candidate should have working knowledge of government procurement portals such as Government e-Marketplace (GeM), DOITC eProcurement, and eProcurement System of India.

Key Responsibilities

• Search, identify, and analyze relevant government tenders related to manpower, staffing, payroll, and outsourcing services.

• Handle complete tender submission process on portals like:

  • Government e-Marketplace (GeM)

  • DOITC eProcurement

  • eProcurement System of India

• Prepare technical and commercial bid documents as per tender requirements.

• Coordinate with internal departments for documentation, compliance, pricing, and approvals.

• Maintain records of submitted tenders, EMDs, agreements, and tender deadlines.

• Monitor bid status, clarifications, reverse auctions, and tender results.

• Ensure timely submission of bids with complete compliance and documentation.

• Manage portal registrations, renewals, DSCs, and vendor profiles.

• Track upcoming tenders and prepare reports for management.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of government tendering and procurement processes.

• Experience in manpower/staffing industry preferred.

• Good understanding of documentation and compliance requirements.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and online tender portals.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
