Tender Executive

Tender Executive – Aulten Digital Private Limited

We are looking for a Tender Executive to join Aulten Digital Private Limited. The role will be responsible for identifying relevant Government, PSU, Defence and Institutional tender opportunities, managing the complete tendering process, and ensuring accurate and timely bid submissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Search and identify relevant tenders on GeM, CPPP/eProcure, PSU, Defence and other government portals.

• Handle the complete tender lifecycle from opportunity identification to bid submission and follow-up.

• Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications and commercial requirements.

• Prepare and compile technical bids, commercial bids, compliance sheets and supporting documents.

• Manage GeM bids, BOQ bids, custom bids, RA participation and direct purchase opportunities.

• Coordinate internally for pricing, technical specifications, certifications and required documents.

• Ensure timely submission of EMD, BG, tender fees, samples and other bid requirements, wherever applicable.

• Track submitted bids, participate in clarifications and follow up on tender status and results.

• Maintain records of active tenders, submitted bids, awarded orders, lost bids and upcoming opportunities.

• Coordinate after award for PO/order processing, documentation and contractual compliance.

Job Requirements

• Qualification: Graduate

• Experience: 1–6+ years in Government Tendering / GeM / E-Tendering.

• Hands-on experience with GeM and Government e-procurement portals is preferred.

• Good understanding of tender documentation, eligibility criteria, technical compliance, BOQ and commercial bidding.

• Strong MS Excel, documentation and communication skills.

• Ability to independently manage multiple tenders and work within strict deadlines.

• Experience in electrical/electronics, manufacturing, government supplies or similar industries will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate: A result-oriented professional with practical tendering experience who can independently identify suitable opportunities, prepare compliant bids, submit them on time and contribute toward increasing the company's Government and Institutional business.
