Telesales manager

We are looking for a Franchise & Telesales Team Lead to manage our telesales team and drive franchise lead generation, qualification, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage franchise leads through calls, digital campaigns, references, and databases.

• Qualify prospects based on investment capacity, location, business experience, and requirements.

• Explain franchise model, investment, margins, commercial terms, and business opportunities.

• Lead and motivate the telesales team and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Set calling/conversion targets and monitor team performance.

• Train the team on calling, objection handling, presentations, and follow-ups.

• Manage the complete franchise sales funnel from Lead → Qualification → Meeting → Negotiation → Agreement → Store Launch.

• Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, MIS, and regular performance reports.

• Coordinate with management, finance, legal, marketing, and operations for franchise onboarding.

• Identify new markets and territories for franchise expansion.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Retail, or related field.

• 5–8 years’ experience in franchise sales, telesales, inside sales, business development, or retail sales.

• 1–3 years of team-handling experience preferred.

• Experience in apparel, fashion, textile, retail, FMCG, or consumer brands is an advantage.

• Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, CRM, and sales-conversion skills.

• Target-oriented with strong leadership and analytical abilities.
