Job Description

We are a growing wholesale business dealing in customized wall clocks, based in Chandni Chowk, Delhi. We are looking for a smart, responsible, and well-spoken Female Backend Sales Executive who can manage online customer data, handle inquiries, and generate sales through calls and WhatsApp.

This role is crucial for managing backend operations, customer communication, and order coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract and generate potential customer data from online sources (Google, B2B platforms, social media, etc.)

• Call potential and existing customers to explain products and generate sales

• Handle incoming inquiries from calls, WhatsApp, and other online platforms

• Regularly follow up with customers to close deals

• Coordinate with customers regarding customized orders

• Track customer orders from confirmation to dispatch

• Maintain proper records of customer details, follow-ups, and order status

• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication

• Support the business owner in backend sales operations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Female candidate preferred

• Minimum 1 year experience in backend sales / telecalling / customer support (preferred)

• Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English

• Confident in handling customer calls and WhatsApp conversations

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

• Ability to manage multiple customers and follow-ups

• Organized, disciplined, and target-oriented

• Experience in wholesale, customized products, or B2B sales will be an advantage
