Key Responsibilities
Maintain and monitor customer retention metrics on a regular basis.
Generate maximum qualified appointments for the sales team.
Conduct outbound calls on lead data from marketing campaigns, events, and secondary databases.
Schedule appointments for venue sales and direct sales teams.
Stay updated on all new products, services, offers, and promotions.
Maintain accurate call logs and follow-up schedules.
Required Skills & Competencies
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Good understanding of the local market and proficiency in the local language.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong closing orientation with proven tele-sales performance.
High level of execution excellence with strong follow-through.
Customer-centric mindset with the ability to handle objections effectively.
Prior experience in Outbound Tele-Sales is highly preferred.
