We are looking for a Telesales to join our team at at Techclinic Connect Private Limited. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹17500 - ₹25000 and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities
•Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
•Educate patients about clinic services, treatments, and healthcare plans.
•Convert leads into confirmed appointments and follow up to ensure attendance.
•Maintain accurate records of patient interactions in CRM/software.
•Coordinate with doctors and support staff for smooth scheduling.
•Provide guidance and support to walk-in and referred patients.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 4 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
