Job Responsibilities

• Call potential and existing customers to explain AapniService.com services.

• Generate leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

• Promote company offers, discounts, and seasonal packages.

• Follow up with customers for pending bookings and service feedback.

• Maintain customer records and update CRM/software regularly.

• Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns.

• Coordinate with the operations team for service scheduling.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Build strong customer relationships for repeat business.

Required Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.

• Comfortable speaking in Hindi (English is a plus).

• Basic computer/mobile app handling skills.

• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.

• Ability to handle objections and close sales.

Eligibility

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

• Experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer support is preferred.

• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
