Responsibilities:
Calling potential customers and explaining services
Arranging minimum 2 lead meetings per day
Regular follow-ups with prospects
Maintaining daily call and lead records
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-service-oriented approach with professionalism and empathy
Ability to manage data and maintain accurate records
Good organizational and time management skills
Prior experience in telecalling or customer support is an advantage
