Profile: Program Guide
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to join our EdTech company - Itvedant Education Pvt. Ltd. The primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to prospective students and parents, and provide them with information about our educational courses and programs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and confident demeanor, and a passion for helping people achieve their academic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect to prospective students and parents and provide them with information about our educational courses and programs
Follow up on leads generated through online inquiries, marketing campaigns, and other sources
Address any queries or concerns that the customers may have about our courses, pricing, and other related topics
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling our courses and programs
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales data
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop effective strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition
Requirements:
Fresher or Experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and confident demeanor
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade customers to buy our courses
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
HSC / Basic Graduation
Any Southern regional language will be an added advantage.
