- Call and identify laptop dealers for business requirements.
- Coordinate with laptop dealers and maintain communication.
- Call customers who have sold their laptops through Cashify and confirm pickup-related details.
- Coordinate with delivery executives for timely laptop pickups.
- Schedule and track pickup activities.
- Resolve basic customer/delivery coordination issues.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update case/pickup status.
- Ensure smooth coordination between customers, dealers, and delivery partners.
Important:
- No sales target.
- No revenue target.
- Primarily a calling, coordination, and operations role.
- Good communication and follow-up skills required.
