Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through outbound calls, referrals, and other sales channels.
Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
Guide customers throughout the loan application process.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely loan processing and disbursement.
Follow up with prospective customers to maximize conversions.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM.
Achieve monthly sales targets and productivity metrics.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1 year of experience in Loan Sales, Banking, NBFC, Fintech, or BFSI Sales.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
Good understanding of loan products and the lending process.
Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM proficiency.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
