Job Title: Tele Sales Executive (Real Estate)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential clients through cold calling, and promoting our real estate offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Make 200+ outbound cold calls daily to potential customers
Generate and qualify leads through effective communication
Explain project details, pricing, and offers to prospective clients
Maintain and update customer databases and call records
Follow up with interested leads and schedule site visits for the sales team
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Handle client queries and provide accurate information
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Requirements:
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Mandatory knowledge of real estate industry & market trends
Ability to handle rejection and work in a target-driven environment
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of CRM tools/MS Excel is an advantage
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and disciplined
Preferred Skills:
Experience in cold calling / tele sales
Understanding of customer behavior and sales techniques
