Job Responsibilities:

-Handle outbound/inbound interactions using a Soundboard System.

-Follow pre-defined scripts accurately without deviation.

-Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as per process requirements.

-Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the system.

Requirements:

-Excellent listening and comprehension skills.

-Good command over English reading and understanding (no voice speaking required).

-Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate multiple windows.

-Comfortable working in night shifts (US time zone).
