1. Telesales / Telecalling Executive
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.
Maintain customer records in CRM or Excel sheets.
Follow up with leads to ensure conversion.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries effectively.
Skills Required:
Good communication skills (Hindi/English or regional language).
Patience and ability to build rapport quickly.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Work Details:
Salary range: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000/month.
Education: 12th Pass and above.
Experience: 0–1 years (freshers welcome).
Location: New Ashok Nagar, Delhi.
Responsibilities:
Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities.
Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct incompatibilities, and check outputs.
Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.
Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
Attend client meetings when required.
Skills Required:
Excellent MS Excel and Word skills.
Good typing speed.
Attention to detail and confidentiality.
