Job Role: Sales & Marketing / Lead Conversion Executive
Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to leads generated through company advertisements and marketing campaigns.
Understand the customer’s requirements, queries, and interests.
Arrange meetings with potential clients either at the office or at the client’s location.
Meet clients personally to explain the company’s products/services and provide suitable solutions.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide complete information and assistance.
Follow up regularly with prospective clients and maintain strong customer relationships.
Convert qualified leads into successful sales and close deals.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth processing and fulfilment of customer requirements.
Maintain records of calls, meetings, follow-ups, and lead status.
Achieve assigned sales, meeting, and lead-conversion targets.
