Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic Pre-Sales/Telesales Executive to connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, explain products/services, and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Handle inbound enquiries and provide product/service information.
Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
Schedule meetings or product demos for the sales team.
Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
Update customer information and call records in CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements
Any Graduate/PUC/Diploma.
0–2 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Telesales, Telecalling, or Customer Support.
Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
Good verbal communication in English and regional languages (Kannada/Hindi/Tamil/Telugu is an added advantage).
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
