Job Title: Telecalling & Sales Executive – Real Estate
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Telecalling & Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads through outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, explaining property details, scheduling site visits, and assisting the sales team in converting leads into successful sales. The candidate should possess excellent communication, convincing, and customer relationship skills.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about real estate projects.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Generate and qualify sales leads.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Follow up with interested customers until closure.
Maintain customer records and update CRM/Excel regularly.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Requirements
Minimum 12th Pass/Graduate.
0–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Sales, or Real Estate (Freshers can also apply).
Excellent communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and Basic English.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Email).
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
