Job Summary

The Kuber Group is looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Tele Sales Executives to connect with potential customers over the phone, explain our products/services, and generate quality leads. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 300+ outbound calls daily to prospective customers.

• Explain company products and services professionally.

• Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.

• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

• Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.

• Update customer details and call records in the CRM/system.

• Resolve basic customer queries and escalate issues when required.

• Maintain professionalism and a customer-first approach during every interaction.

• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and follow-ups.

Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

• Good communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Shift Timings

☀️ Morning Shift: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

🌇 Afternoon Shift: 2:30 PM – 7:30 PM

• Training Time: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
