Role Overview
A Telesales Executive contacts potential or existing customers via phone to promote products/services, close sales, and maintain customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Maintain and update customer databases (CRM systems)
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
Handle objections and resolve customer concerns
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Record call details, feedback, and results accurately
