We are hiring Direct Telesales Executives for an exciting opportunity in Thane, Mumbai. Candidates with experience in Insurance Telecalling, Telesales, Direct Sales, and Customer Handling are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls and generate sales opportunities.
Explain insurance products, plans, features, and benefits.
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Achieve assigned sales targets and business goals.
Follow up with prospective customers.
Build strong customer relationships.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Eligibility & Skills:
Full-Time Graduate candidates preferred.
Good English communication skills are mandatory.
Experience in Insurance Telecalling / Telesales preferred.
Candidates with relevant Sales experience can apply.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales environment.
Notice Period: 30 days or less.
