Job Summary

Koncave Anchor Fastners Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telemarketing Executive with experience in the construction materials, anchors, bolts, fasteners, or related industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer engagement, follow-ups, and supporting business development activities to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through outbound calls and telemarketing activities.

• Connect with contractors, distributors, dealers, builders, and project decision-makers.

• Promote the company's range of anchors, fasteners, bolts, and industrial hardware products.

• Follow up on inquiries and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Schedule meetings for the sales team and support business development initiatives.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales opportunities.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer support and order processing.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Telemarketing, or Business Development.

• Experience in construction materials, anchors, bolts, fasteners, industrial hardware, or related industries.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into business opportunities.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools will be an added advantage.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel for field activities.
