Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to handle customer inquiries, generate leads, explain real estate projects, and schedule site visits. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to convert potential leads into prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

2. Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

3. Explain project details, pricing, location, and amenities to customers.

4. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.

5. Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.

6. Maintain customer details and update lead information in CRM.

7. Follow up with potential customers regularly.

8. Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of real estate sales.

• Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage leads and follow-ups.

• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Qualification

Any Graduate / MBA preferred.
