Your primary objective is to identify potential customers, understand their business needs, and guide them through the loan application process. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process. Conduct thorough research and identify potential business loan customers. Reach out to leads via telephone, email, or other digital platforms. Understand client requirements and offer suitable loan solutions. Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring a positive experience. Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up with clients as needed. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to loan approval. Stay updated with the latest market trends and competitor offerings. Provide regular reports on lead generation and conversion rates. Attend training sessions to enhance your telemarketing and sales skills. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and bank policies. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Prior experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the financial industry, is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related software. A results-driven and target-oriented approach to work.
