Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Team Leader to lead and manage our sales team in a growing Digital Marketing Agency. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, handling client communication, guiding the sales team, and achieving monthly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and manage the sales team.

• Generate new leads and convert them into clients.

• Handle client meetings, calls, and presentations.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Monitor team performance and provide guidance.

• Coordinate with the marketing and operations team.

• Prepare sales reports and strategies for business growth.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum Experience: 3+ years in Digital Marketing Sales
  
  

• Proven experience in Website, SEO, Google Ads, and Digital Marketing Services Sales
  
  

• Experience handling sales team and achieving targets
  
  

• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  
  

• Good understanding of digital marketing industry and client requirements
  
  

• Ability to close high-value deals and manage client relationships
  
  

Salary & Incentives

• Expected salary upto 4LPA + Unlimited Incentive
